Bachelor of Business — Accounting & Finance (4 yrs)

  • Comprehensive training in accounting, finance, and business law
  • Key subjects: Financial/accounting, corporate finance, auditing, taxation, strategic management
  • Careers: Accountant, auditor, financial analyst, banker

Bachelor of Agriculture — Agribusiness (4 yrs)

  • Combines agricultural science with business management
  • Key subjects: Crop & livestock systems, agribusiness finance, value-chain management
  • Careers: Farm manager, agribusiness manager, extension officer

Diploma in Tropical Agriculture (3 yrs)

  • Practical skills for immediate employment: crop production, animal husbandry, pest control
  • Careers: Agricultural technician, farm supervisor, extension worker

Civil Engineering (per year) – K 12,000
Structural Engineering (per year) – K 12,000
Agribusiness (per year) – K 7,600
Accounting & Finance (per year) – K 7,200
Diploma — Tropical Agriculture (per year) – K 6,000
Postgraduate Diplomas (Education / STEM — per year) – K 14,000

Note: Tuition is paid per semester. A minimum of 60% of the semester fee must be paid at registration. For payment options and plans, contact finance@lupng.ac.pg.

  1. Download the application form from www.lupng.ac.pg or request it by email.
  2. Complete all sections and attach certified transcripts, certificates, a CV, a personal statement and a passport-sized photo.
  3. Pay the non-refundable application fee — K100 — and attach the receipt.
  4. Submit a single PDF named [Your Full Name] – Application.pdf to registrar@lupng.ac.pg.
  5. Deadlines: 12 December 2025 (regular). Late applications accepted until 21 January 2026 with a late fee of K200.
  6. Hardcopy documents can be delivered to the Ampo Office (ELCPNG HQ) or Nakili Education Centre.

Sponsorships: Provide an official Financial Guarantee Letter from your sponsor at the time of application or enrolment.

Accommodation: LUPNG does not provide accommodation for these new courses but will offer advice and assistance.
